Halloween

All I have to say is 575 pieces of candy and we were still cleaned out by 7:30!!! My mom came over to help pass out candy and experienced the craziness of it for the first time. You can't believe it until you see it. Edward set some rules for next year:

1. Show your ID to verify that you live in EA or surrounding towns.
2. Must wear a costume.
3. Can't weigh more than Edward.
4. Children need to be able to actually eat the candy (we know it's for you moms & dads).
5. Facial Hair=NO CANDY!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

2 Years

Happy 2nd Anniversary Edward! The last two years as husband and wife have been the best! You're the one who listens to my stories, laughs at my jokes, takes my side, ignores my faults and soothes my worries. You are my strong, dependable, take-charge hero on the outside and my tender, lovable, soft-hearted sweetie on the inside. I hope our little man has all of these wonderful qualities that I love so much in you. Life with you is about to get even better...I can't wait to see you as a dad and watch our marriage grow. I'm sure things are about to change, but remember I love you with all of my heart, all of the time....forever.

Bb is for Boy....Baby Shower

I had a fantastic baby shower!!! Everything was perfect!!! I went with a vintage school theme. There were little touches of letters, flash cards and nursery rhymes scattered throughout the room.
It was great to visit with everyone who took the time to come to my shower. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We were blessed with so many wonderful gifts...I can't believe how generous our family and friends were. There are many things a new baby needs, and now that we have these important items we can cross them off our wish-list. Our house will never be the same again. It's filled with baby gear, baby toys, baby supplies and baby outfits. Now all we need is the baby!
Even Edward got to open a present. I got him his very own diaper bag. When I was registering he told me if he was going to have to go out in public with a diaper bag, he wanted to pick out his own "manly bag." We'll he had his heart set on the skull & cross bones one...and as you can see, he loves it!

A Country Wedding

Laura-all of your DIY touches were spectacular. Martha Stewart would have loved your wedding...as did I! Congrats to you and Kurt! Your dancin' boots will forever be remembered. This momma got her dance on and no baby came out on the dance floor...haha.
