Signs of Changing Seasons

Bright colored leaves were spotted around the village outside the last few days. We went for a walk, worked outside cleaning up our yard (the after mess our new driveway created) and went cruisin' on our bikes around the village.

I love a crisp fall...the chilly mornings and the smell of leaves in the air. Everyone deals with the change of seasons in their own way. For me, it's a time say hello to a new time of year. The autumn decorations have been set free from their bins in the basement, pumpkin scented candles are burning, scarves and flats have made their way into my wardrobe, and a bag of apples are stocked in the fridge. Soon we'll be raking heaps of crispy leaves.
